Savior Plaschanitsa #3

Burgundy/Red velvet shroud with iconographic depiction of our Lord adorned with silver and gold embroidery.  English embroidered text, fringe, and tassle all in gold.  This shroud comes "soft," with no board to help it lay flat on top of the tomb (just fabric), but it does contain a pouch on the underside for inserting a plexiglass or thin wood board.  

Text in English reads: “Noble Joseph, taking down Thy most pure body from the Tree, wrapped it in clean linen with sweet spices, and he laid it in a new tomb.”

Dimensions: 50" long x 37" wide.  

Pouch for board is 17" x 32".
